What should I expect?+
Your therapist arrives with a professional massage table, fresh linens, towels and premium oils. They'll set up in a quiet corner of your home (around 3m × 2m). After a short chat about pressure and focus areas, you undress to your comfort level under the towels and relax for your full treatment time.
What do I need to prepare?+
Just a warm, quiet, private space of roughly 3m × 2m with a plug socket nearby (optional). No need to buy anything — we bring everything. Please shower before if possible and let us know any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy when you book.
How and when do I pay?+
Payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Once we've agreed a time on WhatsApp, we'll send you a secure Stripe link to pay by card or Apple Pay. If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer — just ask and we'll send our details. Your slot is only confirmed once payment is received. We do not accept cash.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
How far in advance should I book?+
Same-day slots are often available, but 24–48 hours notice gives the best chance of your preferred time. Weekends book up faster.
Is pregnancy massage safe?+
We offer pregnancy massage from the second trimester onwards, using gentle, side-lying techniques. We do not treat during the first trimester. Please let us know how many weeks pregnant you are when booking.
