Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your booking of a mobile massage with Calmera Mobile Massage ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a treatment you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

We provide professional mobile Swedish massage at your home, hotel or Airbnb across Luton & Dunstable. We supply the massage table, fresh linens and oils.

2. Bookings

Bookings are made via WhatsApp. Once we've agreed a date, time and address, we will send you a payment link or bank transfer details. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. All treatments must be booked in advance.

3. Payment

Payment is required upfront via the Stripe link we send you (card or Apple Pay), or by bank transfer if you prefer. We do not accept cash. Refunds, where applicable under our cancellation policy, are returned to the original payment method.

4. Suitability & health

You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or medications before your treatment. We may decline or adapt a treatment if we consider it unsafe. Massage is not a substitute for medical advice.

5. Your environment

Please provide a clean, warm, private space of roughly 3m × 2m with room for the massage table. Anyone else present must be respectful of the therapist. We reserve the right to end a treatment without refund if the therapist feels unsafe or is subject to inappropriate behaviour.

7. Liability

We hold professional insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
