Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are paid upfront via a secure Stripe link (card or Apple Pay). Because we hold your slot exclusively and travel to your home, refunds depend on how much notice you give us.

More than 24 hours before your appointment

Free cancellation or reschedule — full refund. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll refund your payment in full to the original card.

Within 24 hours of your appointment

50% refund. We retain 50% of the treatment price to cover the reserved time and lost booking; the remaining 50% is refunded to your card.

No-shows

If the therapist arrives and cannot begin the treatment (no answer, wrong address, unsafe environment), no refund is given and the full treatment price is retained.

If we need to cancel

In the rare event we have to cancel (illness, safety), we will give you as much notice as possible and either reschedule at no extra cost or refund your payment in full.

Message us on WhatsApp on 07343 088650 or email info@calmeramobilemassage.co.uk. The time your message is received determines whether the 24-hour window applies. Refunds are processed to the original card within 5–10 business days.
