When you book with us via WhatsApp we collect: your name, phone number, address of the treatment, and any health information you choose to share so we can deliver a safe treatment.

We rely on contract (to provide the treatment you booked), legal obligation (accounting, insurance), and explicit consent for any health-related information.
We use Meta (WhatsApp) to receive your messages — messages are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp. Our website is hosted by Lovable. We do not share your data with anyone else.
WhatsApp conversations are kept for up to 24 months. Payment/booking records are kept for 6 years for tax and insurance purposes.
